First charge laid under the speed limiter law Updated Sat. Jul. 04 2009 8:58 PM ET  The speed limiter law for truckers went into effect January 1st, but until now, it wasn't fully enforced.
For months, Scott Mooney lobbied against the law.
He's now the first one charged with breaking it.

A Kitchener man is dead after an early morning fight in downtown Kitchener. 24 year old Paul Joseph Smith was pronounced dead at hospital. Police are looking for Fredrick "Snipes" Lutterrodt. |
